*About Us*
EUROMED EVE POLSKA is a Polish non-governmental organization dedicated to empowering young people from diverse social backgrounds. We actively engage youth from rural areas, those facing mental disabilities, and families in challenging socioeconomic conditions. Our mission includes promoting personal growth, democratic citizenship, volunteering, Erasmus+ Youth mobilities, and implementing both international and local initiatives.
*About Erasmus+*
Erasmus+ is a European educational program that aims to modernize education and provide opportunities for studying, working, volunteering, and learning abroad. Through youth exchanges, participants develop cultural understanding, teamwork skills, leadership abilities, and a strong sense of European unity. Every participant in this project will receive a Youthpass Certificate, recognizing their growth and achievements.
*Our Aim*
The “All About Leadership 2” Youth Exchange is the second edition of a project focused on leadership development. This program will enhance participants’ public speaking skills, foster international teamwork, and explore various leadership styles. By sharing experiences, participants will create a network of like-minded individuals, supporting each other’s growth as future leaders in both personal and professional spheres.
During the preparatory visit, each participating country will be represented by one participant (aged 13-17) and one group leader (aged 25+). The main Youth Exchange will involve six national teams, each consisting of five participants (aged 13-17) and one group leader (aged 25+).
*Post-Project Tasks*
After the project, each national team is required to complete two tasks:
1. *Presentation:* Share your experiences in your school, NGO, or local community to inspire others to participate in similar projects. Submit photos and a description of the presentation to the project’s WhatsApp chat.
2. *Article Publication:* Publish an article about the project in your native language on your sending organization’s website. We will work on these articles on the last day of the Youth Exchange.
Please note that travel reimbursement will only be processed after the travel documents are submitted and these two tasks are completed, and not before the Polish National Agency transfers the funds. The reimbursement will be calculated according to the Erasmus+ distance calculator.
*Important Information*
This Youth Exchange is focused on creating a learning environment for personal growth and leadership understanding. The use or purchase of alcohol, drugs, tobacco, electronic cigarettes, energy drinks, or other intoxicating substances is STRICTLY PROHIBITED during the project activities or free time for both leaders and participants. Violating this rule will result in not receiving the full travel reimbursement.
Participation in this project requires a commitment to actively engage in all activities and a dedication to the project’s aims. By joining the Youth Exchange, you agree to adhere to the code of conduct and project rules, and to respect fellow participants, group leaders, and organizers.
